At Hustle, we want Strong Mums Club to feel welcoming, supportive and comfortable for parents and carers training with little ones.
We understand that bringing children along can make training more accessible, and creating that supportive environment is a huge part of what Strong Mums Club is about.
To help keep sessions safe, enjoyable and respectful for everybody using the gym, we ask all members attending SMC sessions to follow the guidelines below.
Children in the Gym
Children are permitted on the gym floor during designated Strong Mums Club sessions only.
Children must remain off the gym floor and away from equipment before classes begin and after sessions have finished unless instructed otherwise by a coach.
Supervision Responsibilities
Parents and carers remain fully responsible for supervising their children at all times whilst inside the gym.
Children must not:
Use or play on gym equipment
Run around training areas
Access stairways unsupervised
This includes, but is not limited to:
Rowers
Ski ergs
Curved treadmills
Sleds
Benches
Free weights
Resistance equipment
Gym equipment can become dangerous very quickly outside of supervised coaching sessions, so clear boundaries are essential for everyone’s safety.
Food & Drinks
Please keep snacks and drinks contained and away from:
Gym flooring
Training spaces
Equipment areas
This helps us maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety for all members.
Respecting the Environment
Strong Mums Club is built around community, support and making training accessible for parents.
We ask all members attending SMC sessions to help us:
Keep pathways and training areas clear
Help create a calm and safe environment for both adults and children
Our Commitment
We are proud to offer sessions that help parents continue training whilst balancing family life.
By attending Strong Mums Club sessions, all members agree to follow the above guidelines to help us maintain a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for everybody at Hustle.
