If you want a challenge and lifting weights is your thing, POWER LIFT is the class for you. Every 60 minute session focuses on building strength, conditioning, and functional movement with kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, and the rig. Leave the hassle of planning a weight focused workout to our certified instructors. At Hustle we plan out sessions to improve your overall strength and to help you on your journey to reaching your personal goals. Correct form and technique is a huge focus area within POWER LIFT. Our instructors are there to help you to confidently perform exercises in the correct way.

POWER (Female Only)

Our Power Female Only instructor Debbie is an inspiration to many and educates our community of women on fitness, wellbeing and their bodies as Debbie discusses the changes a female body undertakes through pregnancy and after. This class is for all abilities - Power is there to provide women with a planned out training session that aids you in progression week by week - involving exercises that will improve your strength and will aid in the progress towards your end goals.

SGPT - LOWERS
LOWER SGPT hits your glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves with intent. Small group format (8 max) means individual attention with a clear focus on strength, balance and technique. Whether you want to move better or squat heavier, this is where it starts.

SGPT - UPPERS
Build serious upper body strength in this focused SGPT session.
Limited to just 8 people, you’ll work with a coach on chest, back, shoulders and arms using structured programming and progressive overload. Expect quality reps, proper form, and a supportive training environment.
