These sessions are ideal for anyone wanting to improve general fitness, build confidence in the format, and get race-ready—whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth.

  • HYROX - THRESHOLD

    This 60-minute endurance-based session is all about pacing and stamina. You'll work through longer intervals with controlled intensity to build your engine and improve your aerobic capacity. Great for those who want to improve their work rate over time and become more efficient across longer workouts.

  • HYROX - STRENGTH

    In this 60-minute session we slow things down and focus on getting stronger. You’ll work on compound lifts, sleds, carries, and movement prep to build the base needed for speed and power on race day. Less cardio, more load. Perfect for anyone looking to increase muscle endurance and raw strength.

  • HYROX - COMPETE

    This 90-minute class is for those training specifically for HYROX competitions. You’ll learn how to break down the event, focus on transitions, race strategies, and complete full-course simulations either solo or in pairs. Expect high-level coaching, time trials, and a chance to refine both skill and mindset.
