WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN A YOUTH CLASS?

Our YOUTH sessions combine boxing, strength and cardio for ages 12-15 (boys & girls), with fully qualified boxing coaches. This 45 minute session includes boxing related games, working as a team, partner work and a chance to work the bag. It is advised to bring water and gloves. Hustle can provide gloves to borrow for the session. 

YOUTH boxers gain confidence and social skills through attending our YOUTH classes. Also, learning self-discipline and self-defence through a fun and non-egotistical environment. It is a great way to build a young persons fitness whilst learning valuable lessons such as respect and dedication.
