Founder of HUSTLE, Bobby Harrison is an England Boxing Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 4 years of experience.

With a friendly and passionate approach to coaching, Bobby now brings his own brand of boxing fitness classes to Norwich.

He may be all smiles, but when it comes to training, he will push you to your limits.

Charlotte  is a women’s only Lifestyle coach and trainer, with a passion for her clients to enjoy what they’re doing and not to see exercise as a chore but more a blessing. Her emphasis is on you seeing your body as a machine that is extremely powerful and can go beyond any limitations you think you might have. or her clients to enjoy.

Rui is a qualified Strength and Conditioning (S&C) coach, dedicated to helping your performance, longevity, personal growth, and becoming the best version of yourself. Since graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Coaching & Science, Rui has progressed to studying a Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning.

He coaches in a variety of educational and sporting settings, delivering S&C programmes to young athletes in a variety of sports (primarily but not exclusively, football and swimming). Alongside this, he looks to offer his services to anyone looking to enhance their athletic performance.

Sam is the founder of local men’s wellness group ‘The Bro Society’, and has over 6 years of experience working in the fitness industry, both in the UK and overseas in New Zealand. With a personable approach and a key focus on functional training, Sam is passionate about helping people become stronger and more resilient versions of themselves.

Boxing Nutritionist Jacob is a qualified Nutrition coach who works with a variety of clients, from high level athletes to those starting their fitness journey, and everyone in between. Jacob specialises in Sports Nutrition, where he blends his knowledge and passion together.

If you are looking to make weight for a fight, hit peak performance for the upcoming season or striving to achieve a personal goal, Jacob is on hand.

Alongside his nutrition work, Jacob is a boxing coach, teaching the fundamentals of boxing. If you are looking to mix up your training, take your fitness to the next level or just want to try your hand at something new, don’t hesitate to get Jacob involved.

Daisy is a female only boxing and well-being coach, leader of HUSTLE GIRLS (a programme designed to get teenage girls into boxing), and a mental health first aider. She is passionate about teaching both women and girls how to build their confidence through sport, and empowering them to find their own inner-strength.

Debbie has over 16 years’ experience within the fitness industry, teaching a wide range of group fitness classes. She now specialises in optimising exercise, health and well-being during the pre-conception, pregnancy, and postnatal phases of life (bearing in mind you are postnatal forever after giving birth!).She believes women’s health challenges, such as diastasis and pelvic floor dysfunction, should not prevent an active lifestyle and works closely to build strength and resilience from the inside out, specifically working all exercise and movement with the synergy of breath, core and pelvic health.

Since her initial pre/postnatal qualification, Debbie has dedicated countless hours to multiple educations, ensuring you and your personal needs are met. She is passionate about fulfilling a quality of life, not just in the interim but for forever.

BOXING

Jordan is 7 years into his career, working with clients on both a one-to-one and group training basis, and is as enthusiastic as he was on his first day. He specialises in working with clients wanting to achieve fat loss, improve muscle hypertrophy and improve their boxing performance. Jordan’s philosophy is that a personal trainer and client have an agreement: the trainer promises to make each session as efficient, enjoyable and effective as possible, and in return, the client has to give each session 100% and be willing to learn. If both personal trainer and client keep to their agreement, the results are guaranteed.

Rhys is 19 years old and a qualified Ricky Hatton trained boxing fitness coach at Hustle. He is an amateur boxer and have been boxing since he was 13. He can help you to enhance your boxing technique and gain a better understanding. He wants to share his knowledge with you and give you the confidence to step out of your comfort zone and accomplish your objective.

Owen Blunden is a undefeated professional boxer with 16 years of experience in the sport. Owen has a degree in sports coaching & science giving him the valuable knowledge needed to support others to achieve their health, fitness and boxing goals. Owen is also a sports coach, working in various primary and high schools across Norfolk and has been doing so for the past 6 years. He is confident and passionate when coaching both children and adults and offers rewarding and enjoyable sessions for all ages.

Specialising in all things boxing, Owen will train you to bring out your inner beast.
